The moment of the new moon seems to be asking us if we are ready to do something differently or reach for something a little different than what we’ve been imagining and dealing with lately.

This new moon wants to help us change something, and open us up to new possibilities and new ideas, while also keeping us grounded in the confidence that we can attain anything if we take the necessary steps and lay the necessary groundwork. You do not need to know all of the steps, but you need to be willing to step outside of the box a little bit and dream up something worth devoting yourself to, something you care about enough to build out over time.

This new moon is not straightforward and in some ways, the plan you make now may have to change, that might be the point, with Mercury on the verge of stationing direct, we haven’t quite reached the forward movement we’ve been craving, and our internal speeds might not match the pace around us, but this is a time to plant the seeds, taking care of them and helping them to grow can be a process of trial and error and we have time before the harvest.

The energy around us is picking up, movement is coming back and we are clearing up misunderstandings and missed opportunities from the summer as we prepare ourselves for fall.

In some ways this intention may feel like a slow burn, you’ll become clearer about it over time allowing it to take shape throughout the week, so even if you feel like you need to move faster, chances are you’ll be rushing to wait. But with some flexibility and diligence, the wait will be worth it.
